Issue 241 Is Now Live

Attention readers: we’ve just published a new, completely packed issue of Robert Parker Wine Advocate! Our End of February 2019 issue features 1,343 new wine reviews, ranging from great value buys to rare gems worthy of a splurge.

It’s true that great things come in small packages. And to prove this point, we’ve crafted these super small, super special reports focusing on heavy-hitters from top regions of the wine world: a Bordeaux retrospective of Château Latour – 1975-2012, which features TWO wines rated a perfect 100 points; a selection of the latest and greatest from Torbreck in Exciting New Releases from Australia (there’s a perfect 100-pointer in this one too!); a case study in Napa Valley’s mountain vineyards in Continuum – A Complete Retrospective; and a refreshing report on Japan: Sake – The Completion of My Juyondai Tasting that features the first ever perfect, 100-point sake.

Also among the many highlights in this issue is the much-anticipated follow up to last month’s Italian wine coverage, Brunello di Montalcino – New Releases (Part 2). And there are a handful of annual regional reports, including New Zealand Part 1: The North Island, two regions in Spain that are slowly but surely working their way up the quality ladder—Bierzo: Taking the Lead and Galicia: Ribeiro Renaissance?—and Portugal, where It’s Raining Crasto & More.

Cheers!
