This is an upscale Chinese fusion restaurant that has spared no expense in interior decorations or human comfort. It looks like a plush garden with flourishes of art deco throughout. Expensive, with excellent food, it is a modern take on Chinese cuisine that is completely different from some of the meals we had elsewhere, such as the traditional Sichuan China Club. I believe westerners would love this venue, but be prepared for a lofty bill. With the meal we drank a locally made beer that was delicious on an extremely hot, polluted day in Beijing.
