This is supposed to be the most authentic Korean barbecue one can have, and the good news is that there are branches of this restaurant in Washington, DC and Chicago. They serve classic Yangjengi-Bibimba (rice with beef and vegetables), Dwauji-Kalbi (BBQ ribs), Bulgogi (marinated beef), and beef tongue on barbecue grills built into the table, along with assortment of different types of Kimchi, the spicy, fermented cabbage adored by Koreans. The food was good rather than spectacular, and we drank Korean beer rather than wine.
