Matter of Taste, the signature event for fine wines hosted by Robert Parker Wine Advocate, will be a more exclusive and premium event in 2024. Our international team of reviewers has curated a select group of benchmark estates from the world’s most prestigious regions. And guests will have the opportunity to taste the world’s highest-rated wines and engage in one-on-one exchanges directly with the wine producers during the two-day Grand Tastings, our Masterclasses and two unique wine & food pairings.
Our goal is to create an intimate sense of community of fellow wine lovers who want to celebrate the artistry, craftsmanship and passion that define exceptional wines.
Our Matter of Taste 2024 event, taking place on March 2nd and 3rd at the Zurich Convention Center, is set to surpass the exceptional experience of last year. Our unwavering commitment to excellence is reflected in every facet of the event, which includes:
Enhanced Exclusivity: We have limited attendance to ensure an intimate atmosphere, allowing guests to engage more deeply with the producers and fellow connoisseurs.
Renowned Producers: We have carefully selected a lineup of prestigious producers, such as Bibi Graetz, Tenuta San Guido, Paul Jaboulet, Vega Sicilia, Philiponnat, Drouhin and Weingut Obrecht.
Revamped Program: Our program has been reimagined to offer an elevated experience, featuring exclusive tastings, interactive Masterclasses and opportunities to discover new and rare vintages.
NEW Wine-Pairing Lunch: This year, guests will be able to enjoy an unforgettable guided wine tasting featuring Tenuta San Guido’s Sassicaia paired with a fine dining experience crafted by Christian Kuchler of Taverne zum Schäfli, 2 stars in the MICHELIN Guide.
NEW Champagne and Hors d’oeuvres: We have also added a special tasting of Champagne from Philipponnat accompanied by Oona Caviar and savory hors d’oeuvres created by chef David Klocksin from Restaurant Wöschi, 1 star in the MICHELIN Guide.
