Discover the Composition of Opus One at Matter Of Taste Napa Valley

Next month, Matter of Taste is returning to Napa Valley for its second edition. Taking place at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia in association with Feast It Forward Foundation, wine lovers will be delighted to take part in a Grand Walkabout Tasting featuring over 200 wines from around the world (and all rated 93 points or higher by our troop of reviewers), as well as a series of Masterclasses.

One such Masterclass not to be missed is Opus One - Two Wolves, Three Coyotes and a Dog in a Kitchen Sink. Led by none other than our editor-in-chief, Lisa Perrotti-Brown, MW, as well as Opus One’s winemaker Michael Silacci, guests will truly discover the composition of Opus One, learning how blending trials are executed and exploring component wines that may be selected for the final blend of the 2018 vintage.

On top of that, guests will also taste and discuss three vintages of Opus One—one that is the definition of the wine’s style, one that is classic Napa Valley and one that shows greatness in a challenging year.

Don’t hesitate—secure your seat today. Cheers!
